I think this is special type so is it active or passive element?Also, it is unidirectional or not? Whether linear or not?Please give reason for specific question?
Active: When the slope I = (1/R)V becomes negative (which is actually happening in the 2nd quadrant) at any instant of time then they’re termed as Active Element.
Unidirectional: Opposite quadrants are not same.
Non Linear: This doesn’t satisfy the condition of linearity.
But at the 1st quadrant slope is positive also.Then?
