Difference between Latch and Flip Flop

#1

In that circuit when you show the difference between latch and flip flop i don’t understand why did you used nand gate in front of the clock wire ( when the clock is high or on after the nand gate it should be off and i don’t want that right ).
I think it should be an and gate

LATCH means ,ones you give the any input the circuit and you get some output, and it remains there ,it means it not changed ,
and in latch there is no such facility given to user so that they can change the input
but in FLIP-FLOP ,you provide such facility to user so that they can changed the input a/c to his requirement
